Keeping to the theory of solving problems with violence:
It is legal to own a gun. A major argument for this right is self defence. It is legal to kill a person in self "defence". This appears to me as offence not defence. To each there own, land of the free and all that shit,...right. Unless you truely want to defend yourself from one of those wackos with shit loads of guns (and most likly beer) by wearing body armor/bulletproof vests. That is not an ammendment. It's not even legal.
